Your physical therapist will perform a detailed assessment to identify what’s limiting you. This may include movement testing, strength and stability checks, balance/control screening, and a full discussion of symptoms and goals.

Based on your evaluation, we build a step-by-step strengthening program that matches your current ability and progresses safely. Your plan may include core and joint stabilization, functional strengthening, endurance work, and movement retraining.

Supervised, Guided Sessions

You’ll complete your strengthening program in a supportive, coached environment. Your therapist directs your care and progression, and our team helps ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively so you continue to move forward each visit.
