Our Team

Felicia Brodeur PT, DPT, Cert. DN

Felicia Brodeur was born and raised in a small, quiet, country town in northern NH. She grew up right next to Santa’s Village and let us just say, she developed a bit of a distaste for Christmas music over the years. She knew at an early age that she wanted to help others, make a difference, so she left her small town after high school and set out on a mission. She ended up at University of NH where, by Junior year, she decided on PT for a career path. She received a B.S. in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and then went on to Franklin Pierce University to receive her Doctorate degree. This was no easy task! Felicia worked two jobs to support herself while going to school full-time, still managed to graduate from the top of her class and received one of only two Student of the Year Awards. After graduation in 2015, she joined the Coppola PT Family at its Farmington location, and she has been there ever since! She climbed her way up the ranks and after 9 years of dedication, received the honor of taking over ownership of the Farmington location, now known as Farmington Physical Therapy. She continues to work a full patient caseload while managing the business. Felicia is certified in Dry Needling, Diagnostic Ultrasound and Ultrasound Guided Dry Needling. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, gait and orthotic management, vertigo, manual based therapy, corrective exercise, and post-operative rehabilitation. She is very enthusiastic about the profession and is always striving for relentless improvement. Outside of work, Felicia is an avid animal lover, enjoys hiking, kayaking, other outdoor fun and water activities and, most importantly, enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Stephanie O’Neal, LMT, PTA

Stephanie brings over two decades of hands-on healing expertise to the practice, blending 20 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist with 12 years of specialized experience as a PTA. A proud graduate of Plymouth State University (2008) and Hesser College/Mount Washington College (2005, 2014), she has built a career dedicated to seamlessly integrating the art of therapeutic massage with the science of physical therapy, creating a unique and holistic approach to patient care. Her dual expertise allows her to address not only the structural and functional aspects of rehabilitation but also the soft tissue components that are often critical to complete recovery. Whether working with athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients rebuilding strength, or individuals managing chronic pain conditions; Stephanie brings the same level of energy, compassion, and clinical excellence to every treatment session — empowering every patient to reach their full potential.

When she's not helping others feel their best, Stephanie recharges by enjoying the great outdoors and cherishing quality time with her son, husband, and two beloved dogs.

Bella, DPT

Bella graduated from the University of New Hampshire with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science: Medical and Veterinary Sciences in 2019. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree she was also a member of the UNH Synchronized Skating Team. Sports and health have always been her passions, and physical therapy is the perfect field to explore both of these. She got the opportunity to intern at the Boston Children’s Hospital Michelli Center, where she was exposed to various cutting edge surgeries and clinical trials. It was here where she discovered her love of strength and conditioning, as well as patient care. From there, she went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Plymouth State University, earning her degree in 2022. She has been working under the mentorship of Felicia for the last 4 years, working her way up to the Assistant Manager position in clinic. In her free time, she enjoys being a member of the Colonial Adult Synchronized Skating team in the wintertime, and playing golf in the summertime.
